In March of this year, Longgang City launched a"re-employment" renovation project for its 80 nucleic acid testing booths, giving them five new functions: rest stops for sanitation workers, cultural markets for starlight stalls, honesty book kiosks, volunteer service stations, and music stations. These renovated booths have all recently been put into use. At the Lei Feng Volunteer Service Station in the Wealth Center Square of Longgang City, volunteers are busy organizing items and always ready to provide services to the public. This converted station from a former nucleic acid testing booth contains medical kits, charging cables, umbrellas, reading glasses, mineral water, and other items, which have attracted the attention of the surrounding community.

Currently, there are 10 nucleic acid testing booths in Longgang that have been transformed into Lei Feng Volunteer Service Stations and have been placed in densely populated areas such as highway entrances, commercial areas, and gymnasiums. Each booth is staffed with a dedicated volunteer who can provide volunteer services such as travel inquiry, lost and found, assistance for the needy, mobile phone charging, and free drinks all year round."In the future, our employees can come here anytime to read, without having to run to the Longgang Bookstore or Longyue Road Study Room, which is very convenient." praised Mr. Liu, a resident of Longgang City, about the Honesty Book Kiosk.

In addition to the Lei Feng Volunteer Service Stations and Honesty Book Kiosks, the cultural market for starlight stalls, music stations, and rest stops for sanitation workers have been completed and placed in local communities, enterprises, parks, and other public places to provide better services and help to residents based on their different needs.
