The production process of an Asian Games emblem involves nearly 20 procedures, including design, modeling, mold assembly, polishing, electroplating, electrophoresis, painting, printing, dripping, assembly, and packaging. Only after passing multiple inspections will the products meet the consumers.

The factory has also produced various badges for the United Nations peacekeeping forces, as well as for more than 50 countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, and Russia. They have also created numerous commemorative badges for the World Cup and other major events.
