温州理工学院:聚力科研,培养创新型人才

创新是引领发展的第一动力,高校青年学生是科研创新的有生力量。近年来,越来越多的高校师生参与到科研创新中来,努力在实现中华民族伟大复兴的时代洪流中踔厉奋发、勇毅前行。温州理工学院积极组织开展各类学科竞赛活动,培养学生创新思维、团队合作以及解决实际问题的能力,打造知识、能力、素质协调发展的创新型人才。

Innovation is the primary driving force for development, and young students in colleges and universities are a vital force in scientific research innovation. In recent years, an increasing number of teachers and students from colleges and universities have been involved in scientific research and innovation, striving to be proactive and courageous in the great trend of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Wenzhou University of Technology actively organizes various academic competitions to cultivate students' innovative thinking, teamwork, and the ability to solve practical problems, aiming to develop innovative talents with coordinated development of knowledge, skills, and qualities.

白杨:全国大学生智能车竞赛自2005年举办至今,已有十九届,主要培养理工类本科生团队协作和解决复杂工程问题的能力。对培养学生知识融合和实践动手能力具有良好的促进作用。

池飞:我校从十年前参加该项赛事,十年的时间说长不长说短不短,竞赛台上比拼的是速度,台下比拼的是毅力,没有毅力成绩无从谈起,靠着教师团队倾注心血的投入和参赛队员坚韧不拔的精神,十年间的努力与艰苦终于有了回报,这是电子信息工程专业首次获得A类赛事的全国一等奖,是突破,是责任,更是情怀。

Bai Yang:The National College Students Smart Car Race, held since 2005, has been organized for nineteen editions. It primarily aims to cultivate the team collaboration and complex engineering problem-solving abilities of undergraduate students in science and engineering disciplines. It has a positive effect on fostering students' knowledge integration and practical hands-on skills.

Chi Fei:Our university has been participating in this competition for ten years. Ten years is neither a long nor a short period. On the competition stage, speed is what's being tested, while off-stage, perseverance is what's being compared. Without perseverance, there can be no achievements. Thanks to the dedication of the teaching team and the unyielding spirit of the participants, the hardships and efforts of the past decade have finally paid off. This is the first time that the Electronic Information Engineering major has won the national first prize in a Class A competition. It is a breakthrough, a responsibility, and a sentiment.

Wenzhou University of Technology places a high emphasis on academic competitions, creating a comprehensive system for scientific and technological contests. 刘宏升:科研竞赛是一个非常好的途径,能够快速且高效的提高学生的创新能力,因为学生需要在非常有限的时间和资源范围内去完成很多的创新思维的提出。在这个过程当中,他们的实践、学习能力和综合实践能力都能得到爆炸式的增长,并且他们还需要更多的时间去综合其他学科的专业知识,来提升自己的能力。在这个过程当中,我也会带领团队的学生们去到实地企业考察,帮助他们了解最前沿的产业发展资讯和最先进的软件设备以及工具的使用情况,并且我也会组织相关专业的学者来对他们进行指导,也会给他们定制小的设计课题,在这个过程当中,他们的实践能力和专业技巧:从三维虚拟表现到动画制作都能够得到一个螺旋式的提升。

Liu Hongsheng:Scientific research competitions are an excellent way to rapidly and efficiently enhance students' innovative abilities, as they are required to propose many innovative ideas within a very limited time and resource constraints. During this process, their practical, learning, and comprehensive practical skills can experience explosive growth. Moreover, they also need more practice to integrate professional knowledge from other disciplines to improve their capabilities. In this process, I will also lead the team of students to visit enterprises on-site to help them understand the latest industry development information and the use of the most advanced software equipment and tools. Additionally, I will organize scholars from related fields to guide them and also customize some small design topics for them. In this process, their practical abilities and professional skills, from 3D virtual representation to animation production, can achieve a spiral-like improvement.

科研竞赛是检验教学成果、锻炼提高学生创新能力的重要环节和有力抓手。温州理工学院鼓励师生积极参与各类学科竞赛活动,以赛促学,以学强赛,培养学生的科研能力与创新精神。

Scientific research competitions are an important link and a powerful tool for testing teaching outcomes and exercising and enhancing students' innovative abilities. Wenzhou University of Technology encourages teachers and students to actively participate in various academic competitions, promoting learning through competition and strengthening competitive ability  through learning, to cultivate students' research capabilities and innovative spirit.

汪日伟:学科竞赛对于学生来说要求他们具有创新性的、批判性的思维,并且要求学生有自主学习能力,由此,我们也做了一些教学模式上的转变,我们提出了问题导向性的学习模式,由老师提出问题,然后学生给出解决方案,再逐一求证证验核并完成任务。我们也鼓励支持学生参加相关的知识学术会议、专业会展以及去其它学校专家交流的机会和费用。为学生提供必要的指导和资源,帮助学生能够克服研究过程中的困难,通过沟通机制,确保团队成员之间的信息共享和协作。目的既能激发学生的兴趣,又能适当地挑战他们的能力,促进他们学习和成长。

Wang Riwei:Academic competitions require students to have innovative and critical thinking, and they also demand that students have the ability to learn independently. Therefore, we have made some changes in our teaching models. We have introduced a problem-oriented learning model, where teachers pose questions, students provide solutions, and then verify and validate them one by one to complete the tasks. We also encourage and support students to participate in relevant academic conferences, professional exhibitions, and opportunities to exchange with experts from other schools, as well as covering the costs involved. We provide students with the necessary guidance and resources to help them overcome difficulties in the research process, establish communication mechanisms, and ensure information sharing and collaboration among team members. The goal is to stimulate students' interest and appropriately challenge their abilities, promoting their learning and growth.
