作品简介：在这个快节奏时代，我们也许早就习惯走马观花式地观赏，诗和远方变成了社交平台里的动态，常常忘了用心体验风土人情，静下心来去享受慢生活的乐趣。本期视频，Tania（丹妮娅）和儿子Savva（梅格金璁）来到永嘉县巽宅镇沙埠村，在这里他们制作温州永嘉传统美食--素面，捡果子，漫步山野，让我们跟随他们的脚步，体验巽宅一日的慢生活。 

In this fast-paced era, we may have long been accustomed to having travels in a hurried and cursory way. We have forgotten to experience the local customs and practices with our hearts and minds, and enjoy the pleasures of slow life. In this video, Tania and her son Savva visit Shabu Village in Xunzhai Town, Yongjia County, where they make vegetarian noodles, pick fruits and take strolls in the mountains. Now let’s follow their footsteps to learn the leisurely lifestyle of Xuanzhai People.
