作品简介：印象中，什么味道是最难忘的？是儿时的零嘴还是故乡的美食？在中国东海岸一号公路东部起点炎亭镇，有一道当地特色美食，叫炎亭锅贴，米粉的香味，配以香料和鲜汤，是炎亭本地人口耳相传几十年，经久不变的好味道。

 What flavor is the most unforgettable in my impression? Is it a childhood snack or a local delicacy? In Yanting Town, the eastern starting point of No. 1 Highway on the east coast of China, there is a local specialty food called Yanting Potsticker. The smell of Rice noodles, together with spices and fresh soup, is a good taste that has been passed on by the local population of Yanting for decades.
