作品简介：本片通过展示畲族传统节日“三月三”的各种民俗活动，体现独具魅力的畲乡风土人情。本片分为四个单元：乌米饭，舌尖上的畲家味，细细品尝独特畲族口味;谱写浪漫畲族乐章，畲婚热闹非凡，传统习俗代代相传；山哈带，畲族的祈福信号，畲族人民用以寄托最真挚的情感；青街，历久弥新的畲族文化，非遗传承人于此大放异彩。传统的民族节日在当下得到创新性发展，得以焕发新彩。 

 This film showcases the unique and charming customs and traditions of She Township by showcasing various folk activities during the traditional She ethnic festival of March 3rd. This film is divided into four units: black rice, the She ethnic flavor on the tongue, and savoring the unique She ethnic flavor; Composing romantic She ethnic music, She weddings are lively and extraordinary, and traditional customs are passed down from generation to generation; Shan Ha Dai, a blessing signal of the She ethnic group, is used by the She people to express the most sincere emotions; Qingjie, a timeless culture of the She ethnic group, showcases the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage here. Traditional ethnic festivals are undergoing innovative development and are able to shine with new colors.
