海霞笔记——2022“讲好中国故事”创意传播大赛温州分站赛作品展播

作品简介：这是一首国网温州市洞头区供电公司送给美丽洞头的电影诗。海霞电力女子服务队的首任队长张海霞，在临近退休之际，将自己30余年的工作笔记交到刚入职不久的海霞服务队新队员韩灵燕手里。韩灵燕是洞头土生土长的孩子，大学毕业回归家乡，她也是张海霞当年初到岛上结识帮扶的第一个留守儿童。如今，老海霞的衣钵传到韩灵燕的手里，此时岛上依旧有很多老人和孩子们期盼着她和海霞电力女子服务队的到来......本片在洞头群岛迤逦的风景中，通过“海霞笔记”的内容进行串联，记录了两代海霞队员与洞头当地人之间一段段动人的小故事，表达海霞电力女子服务队几十年如一日服务基层的默默坚守，抒发了国网电力人及海霞服务队员们与当地人之间相互依靠的关系和不可割舍的情愫。几十年来，海岛洞头越来越好，时代在变，初心不变，“海霞笔记”仍在继续书写......

This a film poetry of State Grid Wenzhou Dongtou Power Supply company to Beautiful Dongtou. The first leader Zhang Haixia of Haixia Power Women Service Team handed her 30-year work notes to Han Lingyan who has joined the company and is a new member of Haixia Service team.  Han Lingyan is a resident in Dongtou,born and bred. After graduation from the university, she came back her hometown. She was the first left-behind child helped by Zhang Haixia when she first came to the island. Today, the baton of Zhang Haixia has handed over to Han Lingyan. Many old people and children still hope the arrival of  Han Lingyan and Haixia Power Women Team. In the beautiful scenery of Dongtou islands, this film connects the stories through“Haixia Notes”, showing several touching stories between two generations of Haixia Teammates and local people in Dongtou and expressing the silent  adherence of Haixia Power Women Service Team to serve the community for decades and demonstrating the close relationships and emotions among the members of State Grid, Haixia Service Team and local residents. Over the past decades, island Dongtou has witnessed impressive achievements. Despite the pasting time, our original aspiration remains unchanged. The“Haixia Notes” will continue to write.
