作品简介：倪维增是一家印刷企业的负责人，也是一位足球“发烧友”，兼职足球教练。在创业之余，他主动走进龙港市职业中等专业学校免费支教，利用自己所学所能，将激情热爱、专业知识和价值观念融入教育，把一群不被看好的少年送上更高的舞台，点燃“职校少年”的足球梦。热血教练带领这群孩子拼出来的“逆袭”，或许就是青春和体育带给我们的感动和激情。 

Ni Weizeng is the head of a printing enterprise, a football enthusiast and a part-time football coach.Besides entrepreneurship,He took the initiative to become a volunteer teacher at Longgang Vocational Secondary Professional School,He used what he had learned to integrate his passion, professional knowledge and values into education, and sent a group of unpromising teenagers to a higher stage,ignite the football dream of"vocational school teenagers".The"counterattack" led by the warm-blooded coach may be the touching and passion brought to us by youth and sports.
